C & A Home Care Agency

C & A Home Health is a local family-owned and operated home health agency providing a variety of home health medical services throughout South florida. Founded in 2015 by Florida registered nurse, Julio Niebla with the purpose of providing in-home high quality medical care.

After an initial call, we will provide a free- in home consultation  that will identify general needs of care and will answer all questions you may have about our services. After, we will schedule an assessment and will create a personalized and comprehensive plan for you.
